Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can contact us about billing, cancellation, or access problems at any time.
Refunds are considered case by case. If you were charged in error, could not access a paid feature because of a technical problem, or forgot to cancel a renewal, contact us within 14 days and we will review it fairly.
